Gratin of rack of pork
- Rack of pork
- Salt + pepper, thyme
- Mushrooms (e.g. shimeji)
- Butter or olive oil
- Grated cheddar
- Hollandaise sauce
Season the rack of pork (with salt, pepper and thyme), 2/3 cook or grill it with butter/olive oil, before cutting it into approx. 1.5 cm slices and placing these slices in an ovenproof dish. Cook the cleaned mushrooms and put them in the ovenproof dish. Coat with hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and adjust the seasoning by adding a little thyme. Put the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
