- Mayonnaise, mustard
- Abbey cheese, smoked/cooked ham
- Eggs, gherkins, onion, tomato, parsley
Cook and shell the eggs, before slicing them, together with the tomato, onion and diced gherkins. Cut the abbey cheese and smoked ham to the desired size and mix everything with the mayonnaise and a spoonful of mustard. Arrange on a plate and garnish with tomato, eggs and parsley.
