TV salad snack

What you need
  • Snack sausages / frankfurters
  • Rashers of bacon
  • Dressing
  • Leeks, parsley, (tomato, radishes)
  • Pasta/potatoes
Preparation

Cut the small sausages into pieces, slice the bacon rashers and cook them for a few seconds. Cut the leeks into rings, wash and blanche them in boiling salted water for a few seconds. Mix them with the dressing and garnish with small cubes of tomato or slices of radish and parsley.

Tip

You can also add cooked pasta or diced potatoes.
