- Smoked ham
- Watermelon, flat-leaf parsley
- Chives, radishes, lime
- Chive dressing
- Toast / bread roll
Cut the ham into fine strips and dice the watermelon, making sure that you remove the seeds. Mix everything with the chive dressing and finely chopped flat-leaf parsley. Toast the bread, before garnishing it with salad and small slices of radish, a few strips of chives, a small watermelon ball and some lime zest.
