Mussel salad

What you need
  • Brown bread roll
  • Fresh tartare sauce, cooked mussel meat
  • Flat-leaf parsley, red onion, cucumber
Preparation

Mix the cooked mussel meat with the fresh tartare sauce, spread onto a small slice of brown bread (toasted). Garnish with a few mussels, flat-leaf parsley, red onion rings and small cubes of cucumber.
