Pasta with green asparagus

What you need
  • Pasta (farfalle)
  • Green asparagus, green peas, carrot, radishes
  • Salt, water, eggs
  • Chive dressing

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain. Wash the vegetables. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Cook or grill the asparagus, cook the peas in salted water until tender, rinse them in cold water and drain. This helps them to keep their attractive green colour.

Cut the radishes into slices and dice the tomatoes and cooked onions. Pour all the vegetables onto the pasta. Now add the chive dressing, arrange everything on a plate or in a bowl and add the desired garnish.


This salad is vegetarian, but you can also add meat, such as cooked ham, small dices of cooked chicken, strips of French garlic sausage, etc. If you would like to keep this dish vegetarian, you can also add some tofu or cooked seitan!
